Privacy

BetDude collects only what it needs to run memberships and the community. We don't sell personal information and we don't use advertising trackers.

What we collect

  • Whop account and membership: when you sign in with Whop we receive your Whop user ID, name, username and email, and Whop tells us your plan and its status. We keep your email so we can reach you if our Discord server or payment setup changes. Whop processes your payment; we never see your card details.
  • Discord: if you join our server we store your Discord ID, username, membership role and when it changed, and which invite link you used, so we can send welcome messages and referral rewards.
  • AI analyst questions: questions you send to /ask are processed by Anthropic to write the answer.
  • Cookies: one cookie keeps you signed in. Your browser also remembers that you confirmed your age.

How we use it

To give you access to what you paid for, send membership messages (welcome, check-ins and reminders), credit referrals, answer support requests and keep the service secure.

Messages from us

Members get a few direct messages from our bot: a welcome, a check-in, and occasional plan reminders. You can turn off direct messages from server members in your Discord privacy settings at any time.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep membership records while you're a member and for up to two years after, for billing questions and fraud prevention. To see or delete your information, email us at admin.betdude@gmail.com.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run BetDude: Whop (payments and sign-in), Discord (community), Anthropic (AI answers) and our hosting provider.
